A real estate CRM pays for itself in three places. A lead from your ad reaches an agent in minutes instead of waiting in someone's inbox. A lead nobody calls moves to someone who will. And the customer's history lives on the lead, so it stays with the company when an agent leaves.
We are Whispyr, and we make a real estate CRM, so every example below is from Whispyr. Each one says which plan it comes with. Prices were read from our pricing page on 21 October 2026.
Leads arrive on their own
Most Egyptian brokerages buy leads with Facebook and Instagram forms, and many of those leads are copied into a sheet by hand, hours later. By then the buyer has filled three other forms.
In Whispyr you connect your Facebook page once and choose which lead forms to take. New leads arrive the moment they are submitted, and Instagram leads are marked as Instagram. Leads you collected before connecting can be brought in once.
Property Finder works the same way: paste your Property Finder key and new leads arrive by themselves. You can send each one to the agent who owns the listing on Property Finder, or let them rotate like any other lead. Rows added to a Google Sheet and leads sent from your own website can come in automatically too.
This comes with Growth and Intelligence.
Every lead goes to someone, and moves on if it sits
A lead that lands with nobody, or with an agent who is busy, is the most expensive lead you buy.
Whispyr hands new leads out in turn, or by weight if some agents should get more. You set working hours for each day and keep anyone out of the rotation. Then you add a timer: if the agent has not opened the lead within, say, 10 minutes, or not called within 30, the lead moves on. You choose where it goes. It can go to the next agent in the company, the next agent in the same team or a different team, up to the team leader, or back into a shared pool any agent can claim.
The same moves work for older leads. A lead with no activity for a set number of days can be handed on, filtered by its stage and source.
Automatic assignment comes with Growth and Intelligence.
The same buyer is never worked twice
Buyers fill the same form on Facebook and then again on Property Finder. Without a rule, two agents call the same person and both lose face.
Whispyr checks every incoming lead's phone number against the leads you already have. You decide what happens: update the existing lead and tell its agent, create the new lead and flag both, or give the existing lead to someone else. When an agent adds a lead by hand, you can block the duplicate or allow it only outside the agent's team. Numbers that differ by one digit can be held for someone to review.
WhatsApp lives on the lead
In most brokerages the real sales record is each agent's WhatsApp. When the agent leaves, the conversations go with them.
In Whispyr each agent links their WhatsApp by scanning a code, the way they would open WhatsApp on a laptop. Their chats then show on the lead they belong to, and they reply from inside the lead. A manager can open a lead and read what was said. AI can draft a reply for the agent to edit before sending.
On Intelligence, the company also gets its own WhatsApp numbers that the whole team answers together, plus four automatic messages: a welcome, a follow-up when the customer does not reply, a message after a meeting, and a message when the lead's stage changes. Each one can send from the company number, the agent's number or both, only in the hours you allow.
A WhatsApp number for each agent is included in Intelligence and is an add-on on the other plans.
Follow-ups that do not depend on memory
Reminders sit on the lead, the meeting or the cold-call row they belong to. Meetings are booked on the lead. Each agent gets their reminders in the app, by email, and as phone notifications, and turns off the ones they do not want. On Intelligence, your team can also get them on WhatsApp.
This comes with every plan, including Free.
Cold calls without two agents dialing the same number
Upload your call lists and each agent pulls a sheet of numbers from a shared pool. A number in one agent's sheet is locked for everyone else, and the pool hands out the numbers that have gone out least. A number that shows interest becomes a lead.
The pool is on every plan. Uploading call lists comes with Growth and Intelligence.
A manager who can see the day
A manager should not need to ask for screenshots to know what happened today.
The Whispyr dashboard shows the pipeline, new leads, leads nobody has contacted yet and overdue reminders, limited to the people that manager leads. Leaderboards rank agents, teams or branches on meetings, calls, deals and speed to the first contact, over a week, a month or a year. You can run prize campaigns on top of them. Agents can check in at the office or a meeting from their phone, and the manager sees each person's day.
Reports can be exported to Excel, or built for you every day, week or month. You get a notification when each one is ready.
Leaderboards for teams, prize campaigns, check-ins and scheduled reports come with Growth and Intelligence.
Arabic for the agents who want it
Each person picks Arabic or English for themselves, and the screens turn right to left in Arabic. A director can work in English while the agents work in Arabic in the same company.
Moving off Excel or another CRM
Leaving Excel or an older CRM is where most switches stall. In Whispyr you upload your exports, match your columns and statuses to Whispyr's, decide what to do with duplicates and agents who no longer work for you, and check everything before it goes in. On Intelligence, our team does the move for you.
The migration tool comes with Growth and Intelligence.
AI that works the CRM with you
AI in Whispyr runs on credits. Intelligence includes 2,000 credits for every seat each month; other plans buy them.
An agent can ask the assistant about a lead, the day's activity or the market by typing or speaking. It drafts WhatsApp replies and suggests units that fit what the buyer asked for. On Intelligence, AI also matches each new lead to the ad campaign it came from, reads scanned documents into records, and lets Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps work with your CRM once you allow it.
What it costs a team in Egypt
Whispyr is priced per seat, per month, with no long-term contract. Free covers up to 5 users. These are the list prices on our pricing page, read on 21 October 2026:
| Team | Growth | Intelligence |
|---|---|---|
| 5 agents | EGP 400 a month (EGP 80 a seat) | EGP 1,250 a month (EGP 250 a seat) |
| 10 agents | EGP 800 a month (EGP 80 a seat) | EGP 2,350 a month (EGP 235 a seat) |
| 20 agents | EGP 1,600 a month (EGP 80 a seat) | EGP 4,400 a month (EGP 220 a seat) |
From 60 seats, Intelligence is EGP 200 a seat. Intelligence includes a WhatsApp number, Market Insights and 2,000 AI credits for each seat. Bought as add-ons on Growth, the same things cost EGP 680 a seat.
When a CRM like Whispyr is not the right buy
If you are two agents and every lead fits in one phone, start with the Free plan or keep your sheet for now. If you need one system for finance, HR and every other department, a general CRM such as Zoho or Salesforce covers more of the company, at a higher price per seat. Our comparison of real estate CRMs in Egypt puts them side by side.
