This guide is written by Whispyr, and Whispyr is one of the CRMs in it. We put it first because it is ours. Everything we say about the others comes from their own websites, linked beside each fact, and was checked on 20 October 2026. Where a company does not say something on its site, we say that instead of guessing.
How we compared
An Egyptian brokerage owner asks the same six things of every CRM, so each option below answers the same six, in the same order:
- What fifteen agents pay a month, in Egyptian pounds.
- Arabic: can your agents use it in Arabic?
- WhatsApp: are the chats inside the CRM?
- Facebook and Instagram leads: do they arrive on their own?
- Property Finder leads: do they arrive on their own?
- Moving your data: how do you get your leads in?
Where a price is published only in dollars, we converted it at the Central Bank of Egypt's official selling rate of EGP 54.0197 to the dollar, published for 19 October 2026.

Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a general CRM used across many industries. It is not built for real estate, so pipelines, sources and listings are set up by you.
- Fifteen agents: Zoho's price list for Egypt is in pounds, before VAT. Standard is EGP 490 a user a month billed yearly or EGP 700 billed monthly, so EGP 7,350 to EGP 10,500 a month. Professional is EGP 805 or EGP 1,225, so EGP 12,075 to EGP 18,375 a month (zoho.com). A free plan covers three users.
- Arabic: Arabic (Egypt) is fully supported (help.zoho.com).
- WhatsApp: built in through Business Messaging, and messages you send are paid with prepaid credits (help.zoho.com).
- Facebook and Instagram leads: through LeadChain, a free extension by Zoho, on Standard and up (marketplace.zoho.com).
- Property Finder: nothing in Zoho's marketplace (marketplace.zoho.com).
- Moving your data: a migration tool for Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot and others, plus file imports (help.zoho.com).
Salesforce
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the largest general CRM in the world. It is priced in dollars and is not built for real estate.
- Fifteen agents: Starter Suite is USD 25 a user a month, so USD 375, about EGP 20,257 a month. Pro Suite is USD 100 a user a month billed yearly, so USD 1,500, about EGP 81,030 a month (salesforce.com).
- Arabic: Arabic is an end-user language: standard screens are translated, while admin pages, Setup and Help stay in English (help.salesforce.com).
- WhatsApp: needs Salesforce's Digital Engagement, bought separately (help.salesforce.com). Contact Center Digital, which includes it, is USD 75 a user a month (salesforce.com).
- Facebook and Instagram leads: "Lead Capture in Sales Cloud", a free Salesforce app, for Enterprise and Unlimited editions (appexchange.salesforce.com).
- Property Finder: nothing on AppExchange (appexchange.salesforce.com).
- Moving your data: the Data Import Wizard takes CSV files, up to 50,000 records at a time (help.salesforce.com).
How to choose
- Your leads come from Facebook ads and your team lives on WhatsApp: pick a CRM where both arrive inside the lead without setup work. Whispyr does both out of the box; Zoho does both with an extension and message credits.
- You want the price before the sales call: Whispyr and Zoho publish theirs. Engaz and Profit price on request.
- Your agents work in Arabic: Whispyr and Zoho (Arabic, Egypt) translate the whole app. Salesforce keeps admin screens in English. Engaz and Profit do not say.
- You need one CRM for many departments, not just sales: Zoho and Salesforce cover more of the company, at a higher price per agent.
