Real Estate CRM

Whispyr vs SaleMate: real estate CRM prices and features for Egyptian brokerages

Whispyr and SaleMate side by side: yearly cost in EGP for 5, 10, 20 and 30 agents, monthly vs yearly contracts, Facebook and Property Finder leads, WhatsApp, AI and developer inventory. Checked on each company's own page, 24 October 2026.

For a brokerage that runs its own ads, Whispyr costs less and asks for no commitment. Ten agents on Whispyr Growth pay EGP 9,600 over a year, month by month, and can stop any month. SaleMate's price for ten users is EGP 23,000 for a one-year contract, paid upfront in cash.

The two products are built around different jobs. Whispyr is a CRM for the leads you bring in yourself: Facebook and Instagram forms, Property Finder, your website. It gets each lead to an agent fast and keeps the WhatsApp conversation on it. SaleMate pairs a CRM with a live map of developer inventory and, according to its terms, a place where brokers buy leads.

Pick SaleMate if buying leads and browsing developer stock on a map are why you want a system, or if your team is near 100 agents and you are happy to sign for a year.

We are Whispyr, so this is our side of the comparison. Every SaleMate fact links to SaleMate's own page, read on 24 October 2026. Whispyr's prices come from our pricing page the same day.

What a year costs

20EGP 19,200EGP 52,800EGP 33,000
30EGP 28,800EGP 79,200EGP 42,000

Whispyr figures are the monthly list price times 12: Growth is EGP 80 a seat, Intelligence EGP 250 a seat, 235 from 10 seats and 220 from 20. SaleMate figures are from its price calculator, "Effective 21 September 2026".

How you pay matters as much as the total. Whispyr is monthly, seats move with your headcount, and there is no long-term contract. SaleMate is a contract of one, two or three years. You pay it in full in cash at activation, or pay 50% upfront and add 25% to the contract for three monthly payments, or 33% for six (price calculator).

Two caveats, so the table is fair. SaleMate's price includes its AI features and inventory map. On Whispyr Growth, a WhatsApp number, Market Insights and 2,000 AI credits are add-ons at EGP 200 a seat each. Intelligence includes all three, and it costs more than SaleMate's contract at every size in the table. SaleMate's yearly price per user also falls as teams grow, and at 100 users it is lower than Growth: EGP 80,000 a year against EGP 96,000.

Getting your leads in

This is where we think the gap is widest.

Whispyr takes leads from Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Property Finder, Google Sheets and your website, as they arrive, on Growth. You connect your Facebook page once and choose the forms. With Property Finder you choose whether each lead goes to the agent who owns the listing or into the rotation.

SaleMate's public pages do not describe its lead sources. Its terms mention Facebook lead ads as an "optional integration". No SaleMate page we read mentions Property Finder or any other portal.

Getting each lead to an agent

Whispyr hands leads out in turn or by weight, inside each agent's working hours. Add a timer, and a lead nobody opens within 10 minutes, or nobody calls within 30, moves to the next agent, the team leader or a shared pool. A buyer who fills two forms is caught by phone number, so two agents never call the same person. Leads that go quiet for a set number of days can be handed on too.

SaleMate's public pages do not describe assignment rules or timers.

WhatsApp

Both products put WhatsApp inside the CRM.

In Whispyr each agent links the WhatsApp they already use by scanning a code. Their chats show on the right lead, they reply from inside it, and a manager can read the conversation. On Intelligence the company also gets numbers the whole team answers together, and four automatic messages: a welcome, a follow-up when the buyer goes quiet, a message after a meeting and one when the lead's stage changes. Agents can send campaigns to their own leads, written once and reworded by AI for each person.

SaleMate lists "Bulk campaigns, one-to-one threads, and full message history synced to the lead record" (salemate.ai).

AI

SaleMate's AI is aimed at the agent. Paste call notes or a voice note and it pulls out budget, location and floor, then ranks units from its live inventory. It also has an "AI Sales Coach" for negotiation tips in Arabic or English, and lead summaries (salemate.ai).

Whispyr AI does the paperwork around each conversation. When a buyer writes to an agent on WhatsApp, it puts the callback they asked for on the calendar, moves the reminder if one already exists, and fills in the budget or area they mentioned on the lead. Nobody has to type up notes after the chat. It drafts replies for the agent to edit, suggests units that fit what the buyer asked for, and answers questions about a lead or the day's activity, typed or spoken. On Intelligence it also matches each new lead to the ad campaign it came from, and lets Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps work with your CRM.

Developer inventory

SaleMate's strongest point is its live inventory: projects across Egypt on an interactive map, filtered by developer, budget and delivery date (salemate.ai).

Whispyr has Market Insights, a catalog of developers and projects in Egypt and the UAE with prices, units, brochures, master plans and a map. It comes with Intelligence and is an add-on on the other plans. Your team can also add its own resale and rental units, and AI suggests matching projects for a lead.

Managing the team

Both have scoreboards for calls, meetings and deals, plus deals with commissions.

Whispyr leaderboards rank agents, teams or branches on meetings, calls, deals and speed to first contact, and you can run prize campaigns on top. The dashboard shows each manager only the people they lead. Reports export to Excel or arrive daily, weekly or monthly. Each person picks Arabic or English, and Arabic screens run right to left.

How you start

On Whispyr you sign up yourself and work on the Free plan with no card, up to 5 users. Moving off Excel or another CRM is self-serve on Growth: upload, match your columns, check, import. On Intelligence our team moves your data for you.

SaleMate is reached by request. Its home page says "Request access", and its Android app says access "requires an invitation from your organization administrator" (Google Play). We found no free plan or trial on its pages.

Where SaleMate fits better

  • You want to buy leads instead of running your own ads.
  • Your agents sell mostly primary units and want the developer stock on a map.
  • You like the idea of an AI coach for negotiation.
  • Your team is close to 100 agents, and you prefer one yearly payment at a lower price per user.

Where Whispyr fits better

  • You run Facebook and Instagram ads or list on Property Finder, and want those leads at an agent in minutes.
  • You want leads to move on by themselves when nobody calls.
  • You want to start this week, without a contract, and pay month by month.
  • You want WhatsApp history to stay with the company when an agent leaves.

The quickest test is your own leads. Start on Whispyr's Free plan, connect your Facebook page, and watch where the next lead goes. For the wider field, see the best real estate CRMs in Egypt.

Reading is one thing. Selling is another.
